Lucas James, Founder Story

After working with hundreds of sales teams over six years through his marketing agency, Twiz, Lucas realized they all shared one thing in common: poor tracking and accountability within their sales teams. This issue was not only prevalent among his clients but also within his own sales team.

He found tracking the ROI on the leads he was generating challenging because his sales tools were disconnected. Primarily, his CRM did not communicate with Calendly and Stripe. Without this integration, making day-to-day business decisions about scaling was difficult.

This is why he and his development team invented Menlo IQ. With Menlo IQ, Lucas could now see all his past Calendly and Stripe data and generate a real-time ROI analysis on all his lead generation campaigns and sales representatives. It allowed him to invest more in certain campaigns and less in others. Not to mention, it provided transparency to the entire sales team about what was working and who was performing best.
