Menlo IQ (“Menlo IQ,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a B2B marketing agency specializing in Generative Engine Optimization. We operate menloiq.com and provide GEO strategy, content, website development, and related marketing services to B2B companies.

We collect information you provide directly:

• Contact form submissions: name, company name, email address, website URL, revenue range, and your message.
• Direct communications: any information you send us by email or otherwise.

We also collect information automatically when you visit our site, including pages viewed, time spent, browser type, and approximate location. This is collected via Vercel Analytics.

• To respond to your inquiry and follow up about our services.
• To send you information relevant to your interests, with your consent.
• To improve our website and understand how visitors use it.
• To comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

We use the following third-party services to operate our site and deliver services:

• Vercel: website hosting, deployment, and analytics.
• Resend: transactional email delivery for contact form notifications.
• Supabase: database storage, hosted in the United States. Form submissions may be stored here.

Each of these providers has their own privacy policy governing their use of your data.

If you accept in the cookie banner, our marketing site uses PostHog (product analytics and session recording), Google Analytics (site analytics), Microsoft Clarity (usage analytics and session replays), Meta Pixel (advertising measurement). These set cookies or similar identifiers in your browser and send information about the pages you view, your approximate location and your browser and device to the provider, and the advertising measurement tag lets us measure the results of our advertising.

Session recording: if you accept, PostHog and Microsoft Clarity record how you use our pages (what is shown on screen, where you click, scroll and move the pointer) so we can see where visitors get stuck. Text you type into forms, such as your email address or a message, is masked and not recorded.

Nothing from these providers loads unless you accept. You can change your choice at any time with the “Cookie settings” link in the footer, and browsers that send a Global Privacy Control signal are treated as having declined. The signed-in Menlo IQ app is separate and does not use these marketing tags.

We retain contact form submissions and email correspondence as long as necessary for business purposes. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at lucas@menloiq.com.

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. To make a request, email us at lucas@menloiq.com. We will respond within 30 days.

Our services are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
